From their first ride on a horse to days spent playing in the dirt and those special moments in between our heirloom pieces are practical, beautiful and made to be truly lived in. Dirt and all.
OUR STORY â Wild Foal
Wild Foal began in the quiet moments of motherhood, the nap times, the late-night feeds, and the deep pull to create something beautiful with my hands.
Iâm Kait, a farmerâs wife and mum of three, living out on a property in South QLD. Life here is slow, dusty, and full of heart. Itâs those everyday scenes, kids in boots, cattle at the fence, gingham sun hats on the line that inspire every stitch of what I do.
Sewing has been part of me since I was little, learning beside my Nan and later falling in love with textiles at school. But it wasnât until I started making big bows and tiny outfits for our first baby that I realised I was exactly where I was meant to be. What began as a quiet hobby quickly grew into a brand built on nostalgia, texture, and timeless country-kid charm.
Wild Foal is my way of bottling up that childhood magic, patchwork, florals, liberty, gingham, and the warmth of handmade pieces that feel like home. Every item is thoughtfully designed and made here in Queensland, one at a time, with a whole lot of heart.
